“I really want to practice simple things when thoughts of life cascade and burn up. “Academia” was time well-spent. Coloring . Breathing. Trusting. Not-knowing. Failing even. Together, these techniques of non-judgment make a harmonious curriculum that is schooled and almost never constipated by say… debt. While I studied English, Music and Philosophy at university (a good thing), I’ve decided to study life using these techniques as often as I can — for free. All it takes is all of me. It’s a true investment of deep gratitude and worthiness each time I take another look. And you’re invited. The only debt here is hope — for what’s left to learn.”
